Job Description Summary
This position creates implements evaluates and refines a system of on-going oversight guidance training and support related to programmatic and fiscal compliance in the implementation and management of government-funded and privately funded grants at PGCC . This position also provides leadership in monitoring reporting and process improvement to strengthen institutional grant management practices and support the successful achievement of project goals.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in business accounting or finance required. Five years experience in a responsible grants administration position with a broad understanding of regulations and processes related to government grants and funding agencies. Experience in a college environment and with a complex financial management system is preferred.
