Job Description:

• Du importierst und exportierst Auftragsdateien und überwachst hier auftretende Fehler und behebst Diese gegebenenfalls
• Du überwachst den Lauf von Automatisierungen und den Lauf von RPA (UIPath)
• Du erstellst aktuelle Aktionslisten mit dringenden Aufgaben für die Kolleg*innen sowie Listen für für verschiedenen andere Aufgaben mithilfe von SQL
• Du beantwortest Anfragen von Kolleg*innen zu den Status deiner Aufgaben
• Du wirkst aktiv bei spannenden Projektarbeiten rund um die Trinkwasserhygiene in Gebäuden mit

Dein Profil Damit begeisterst Du uns:

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d)in den Bereichen Gebäudemanagement Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder generell technischeStudiengänge
• Sichere Anwendung von MS Office insbesondere Excel (z.B. Tabellenpflege Auswertungen) und Outlook (z.B. Terminplanung E-Mail-Kommunikation)
• Strukturierte detaillierte Arbeitsweise
• Du kommunizierst gerne intern und extern
• Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau C1 sind wünschenswert
• Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Oracle SQL und Ulpaht
