About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of MRA remediation initiatives within the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) domain.
Develop maintain and track detailed project plans timelines and dependencies.
Manage project financials including budgeting forecasting and variance tracking.
Produce regular project reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Identify assess and manage project risks and issues; ensure effective mitigation and escalation processes.
Coordinate across multiple workstreams and teams to ensure alignment and delivery of integrated outcomes.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across Cybersecurity Fraud Technology Risk and Compliance functions.
Drive adherence to governance and control frameworks related to MRA remediation.
Support audit readiness and evidence collection for remediation activities.
Ensure clear documentation traceability and validation of all remediation commitments.
Facilitate decision-making through structured updates and executive-level communications.
Promote delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Protect delivery practice.
