Our Client is a boutique Bulgarian legal firm active for 20 years in Bulgaria representing a diverse client base international companies star-ups family businesses and local clients in various area of civil and corporate law. We are looking for a full time employed legal team member.
LEGAL COUNSEL - Commercial Law
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Industry: Legal Services
THE JOB
Provide legal advice prepare legal documents manage contract negotiations
Represent clients in litigation cases and dispute resolution proceedings
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Conduct legal research and analysis to support internal and client-related needs
Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to achieve legal and business objectives
THE PERSON
Masters degree in Law & Minimum of 3 years of active professional legal experience
Expertise in Commercial Law
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
Excellent analytical research and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Native Bulgarian & Fluent in English is a must have
