The Role
- Based at the Melbourne Museum
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Run your own section in a high-quality kitchen environment
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Changing menu to match Museum exhibitions
About You
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role from busy restaurant and/or cafe
- Certified in Commercial Cookery III or IV
- Punctual self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction and learning
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Impeccable communication skills
