In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenInvoicing Specialist (Associate)to join ourEngagement Operations & Data Qualityteam in Athens.

• Oversee the quality resourcing time effectiveness and efficient management of Firm overall invoicing issuance and further processing

• Issue & further processing of Firm invoices on a monthly basis perform required checks & controls in accordance with Invoicing Regulatory requirements & Firm Policies

• Maintain the e-invoicing platform (Entersoft) with up-to-date client records & contacts details; discrepancies handling in cooperation with relevant parties involved

• Communicate with clients and internal project teams/departments to resolve issues arising

• Develop sound processes and regular review of current processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs

• Develop automation processes to improve existing methods/tools to enhance service offerings

What you bring matters

• Bachelors and/or Masters in Accounting Business Administration or equivalent

• 0 - 1 years of experience as Invoicing Specialist

• Power BI & Alteryx experience will be considered an asset

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SharePoint Sheets

• Fluency in both Greek and English

• Customer focus

• Effective communication

• Positive attitude

• Negotiation skills
