About the role

This Channel Development and Business Intelligence Director leads a team to grow the corporate multi-channel business including MRT BRM and BMM channels. Control and improve GTN & Selling P investment effectiveness and efficiency Build the roadmap of business intelligence and strategy including integrated data consolidation and insights to support strategy decision.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver value-creation channel strategies and initiatives to develop multi-channel business with insight-driven metrics-driven opportunity mapping and fit-for-purpose solution balancing short-term and long-term development.
  • Build and strengthen partnership with key stakeholders and leverage resources across cross-function teams to accelerate the multi-channel business growth.
  • Control and improve GTN & Selling P investment effectiveness and efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders for fuel up Net sales growth.
  • Business intelligent set up to support business ensure the right commercial and channel metrics are tracked to enable impactful tracking and opportunity identification at scale.
  • Connecting the dots data analysis & interpretation: Identify leverage and convert the right insights from different data sources into holistic & compelling actionable narratives to support strategy decision.
  • Develop World in class Business development & Intelligent Team equipped with professionalism and certain skillset build Win culture with leadership edge to win in marketplace.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Bachelors degree & above
  • 10 years of experience

Preferred

Top FMCG/Medical companies Trade marketing experience is preferred
