Job Status for Snow-making Crew Supervisor: Full-time
Job Summary: Responsible for managing a team of snow-makers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the snow making system including training staff overseeing equipment and maintenance. The role requires strong leadership communication and mechanical skills along with a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in harsh weather conditions. Lead and coordinate snow making operations set goals for shifts and ensure production targets. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of snow-making systems (pumps compressors etc.) are crucial. Proficiency in electrical systems is preferred. Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods in extreme cold wind and snow. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be safety-conscious and able to work effectively under pressure.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure the team follows all safety policies and procedures and compliance with company policies.
Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and proactively identify areas for improvement in the snow making process.
Experience: Prior snow making experience is required.
