Job Summary

Join our team as a Quality Inspector and play a key role in performing thorough inspections to ensure the quality of our firearms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving Inspection - Daily
- Pull random samples from each shipment or production lot to ensure compliance with product/part
  requirements.
- Product Inspections of Firearms Air guns and Air soft products
Dimensional inspection using various hand measuring equipment.
Manufacturing quality audits
Process non-conformance reports
Assist in the material review board process
Assist with corrective actions
Assist with the new product testing as needed.
Assist in corrective action process.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma - Quality experience preferred.
Experience in technical knowledge of firearms air guns and airsoft is a plus.
Experience in quality inspections or testing to an ASTM or ISO standard is a plus.
Experience with handheld measurement equipment.
Ability to read and understand part drawing and specifications
Must have good technical writing mathematics and sound computer skills.
Good mechanical ability and aptitude.
Must be organized and use time wisely.
Must have the ability to operate air guns and firearms.
Must interact effectively and positively with other departments and external suppliers/customers.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
