Job Summary

Overview:The Innovation Career Pathways (ICP) Coordinator (.8 FTE) is responsible for the oversight and implementation of Greenfield High Schools Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Career Pathway and future pathway goals and initiatives. Greenfield High School has been awarded designation from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) for its Advanced Manufacturing Pathway developed in collaboration with local industry and post-secondary position will support the implementation of Greenfields initial Innovation Career Pathway help with recruitment and outreach serve as a liaison with MassHire develop and strengthen industry partnerships and ensure that all pathway students have equitable access to high-quality college and career advising and MyCAP ICP Coordinator is primarily responsible for building and sustaining this program including developing meaningful partnerships that provide students with authentic work-based learning experiences such as internships job shadows and field Coordinator will establish a vision centered on equity and opportunity ensuring that all students particularly those traditionally underrepresented in higher education and the workforce have access to inclusive high-quality college and career readiness experiences through Greenfields Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Collaboration*Oversee all aspects of the Advanced Manufacturing Career Pathway and future pathways.*Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with local industries higher education institutions and workforce development organizations to ensure rigorous and developmentally appropriate student experiences.*Support the planning and development of future Innovation Career Pathways. *Collaborate with school and district staff Greenfield Community College and industry partners to design and implement an effective sustainable pathway program aligned with DESE standards.*Support the developing vision for expanding Advanced Placement (AP) Dual Enrollment and Early College opportunities aligned with the Advanced Manufacturing Pathway with Greenfield educators counselors and Experience & Work-Based Learning*Coordinate a sequence of career exploration activities including field trips workshops job shadows and internships incorporating resources such as MyCAP Mefa Pathways Naviance etc.*Facilitate on-site workplace experiences at partner facilities ensuring safety alignment and relevance to student learning outcomes.*Create and manage a pool of diverse industry speakers and mentors representing the local and regional manufacturing sector.*Support students in developing digital portfolios resumes cover letters and capstone projects.*Provide workshops on work readiness skills including interviewing professionalism and workplace etiquette.*Serve as a liaison to employers to troubleshoot issues and ensure positive experiences for both students and Reporting and Continuous Improvement*Track and evaluate all student work-based learning experiences and related outcomes. *Collect analyze and report data on student participation performance and post-secondary transitions to inform program improvement. *Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and ensure students are appropriately coded for SIMS and other required reporting.*Contribute to grant management budget tracking and reporting as & Engagement*Lead recruitment and information sessions for prospective students and families.*Design and deliver orientation and recruitment programs that outline expectations requirements and opportunities within the Advanced Manufacturing Pathway and future pathways.*Support alumni engagement and post-graduation & School Collaboration*Meet regularly with the high school principal Assistant Superintendent pathway teachers counselors and other stakeholders to discuss recruitment enrollment and program needs.*Facilitate regular meetings with the ICP Team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.*Participate in DESE and partner workshops training sessions and related professional learning.*Contribute to curriculum alignment and synchronization of internship dual enrollment and capstone Of:*Career Technical Education Innovation Pathways Early College and Dual Enrollment frameworks.*Workforce trends and employment outlooks within the Advanced Manufacturing and other industry sectors.*Best practices in guidance counseling and student support for diverse learners.*Data collection and record-keeping systems.*Educational technology tools (e.g. Naviance MassCIS Mefa Pathways College Board platforms).Abilities To:*Build and sustain strong partnerships with employers educators and post-secondary institutions.*Present pathway information effectively to business and community groups.*Manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.*Communicate effectively with diverse students and families.*Work collaboratively think creatively and respond flexibly to program needs.*Demonstrate cultural responsiveness inclusivity and a commitment to Required:*Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in secondary or post-secondary education workforce development or a related industry (preferably in Advanced Manufacturing or STEM fields).*Strong alignment with Greenfield Public Schools mission and values.*Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations in educational settings.*Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.*Proven leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.*Current authorization to work in the United States.
