Job Summary
Our client a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate who wants to handle sophisticated employment litigation matters while working with one of the most respected Labor & Employment practices in the country.
Key Responsibilities
Represent employers in complex employment litigation matters in state and federal court.
Draft pleadings motions and discovery responses with precision and attention to detail.
Provide day-to-day advice and counseling on employment law issues including compliance workplace investigations and risk management.
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and practice areas in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admitted to practice in Illinois.
34 years of employment litigation experience at a law firm.
Exceptional legal research writing and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
