The Opportunity: Campus Recruiting Coordinator
The Campus Recruiting Coordinator is a critical high-visibility role responsible for supporting and executing the firms core campus recruiting pipeline. This role ensures a seamless world-class experience for prospective Analysts and Associates directly contributing to the acquisition of future banking talent.
This position requires a close partnership with the Campus Recruiting team meticulous organization and a dedication to delivering an exceptional candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
Core Responsibilities
The Coordinator manages the operational backbone of our campus recruiting efforts focusing on efficiency and candidate experience:
End-to-End Interview Coordination
Scheduling Mastery: Coordinates and executes complex interview schedules for Analyst and Associate hiring processes from initial recruiter screens through high-volume in-person Super Days.
Candidate Experience: Manages comprehensive candidate communications providing necessary details logistical information and preparation materials for interview days.
Logistics Management: Handles all day-of Super Day logistics including venue coordination internal stakeholder management and candidate travel arrangements.
Administrative Support: Provides essential calendar and scheduling support for Campus Recruiters.
Data Management and Process Flow
Recruiting Operations: Collects and synthesizes interview feedback schedules and participates in crucial debrief sessions and drafts internal confirmation emails.
System Integrity: Maintains and updates the iCIMS candidate database (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Event and Marketing Execution
Event Facilitation: Supports the design setup and execution of on-site Harris Williams recruiting events and summits managing invitations coordinating travel and overseeing day-of execution.
Marketing Support: Aids key campus marketing strategies including managing campus job board postings (e.g. Handshake) facilitating student promotions and coordinating job postings across Workday and LinkedIn.
Financial and Onboarding Support
Expense Reconciliation: Reconciles expenses for Campus Recruiters and candidates with precision and timeliness.
New Hire Support: Provides essential administrative support for the onboarding and integration of new hires as needed.

- This is a full-time in-office role based in Richmond. The role requires a commitment to meeting deadlines which may include work outside of standard business hours.

Base Salary: $65000-$75000
Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education.
