The Supervised Independent Living (SIL) Supervisor plans directs and coordinates the SIL program. The supervisor oversees the cottage to ensure it meets agency expectations and goals ensures the cottage maintains compliance with agency and DHHS requirements assess cottage needs develops goals and ensures that the cottage has a cooperative working relationship with the rest of the program and agency supervises assigned staff and assists them in their job duties.- Manage the cottage to ensure it operates within the rules regulations and guidelines.
- Establish and oversee administrative procedures to meet objectives set by the Director and leadership team; participate in developing department goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain cottage systems records and reports; recommend new approaches policies and procedures for continual improvement of cottage services.
- Supervise assigned staff membersand volunteers
- Looking for a team mate who is eager to continue to grow their skill set in a professional team.
Education and Experience Requirements: - Bachelors degree in a human behavioral science
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a residential or inpatient setting working with serious emotional disorder (SED) at-risk youth between the ages of 16-21 (preferred)
- Experience as a supervisor in a residential program (preferred).
- Juvenile Justice and Group Home Systems experience.
