Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Ashland MO. The PTA will assist in the delivery of therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist helping patients improve mobility strength and functional independence in accordance with licensure laws and APTA standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Instruct and motivate patients in exercises activities and self-care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the therapy team physicians and facility staff
- Demonstrate Concept Rehabs values of Commitment Respect and Integrity in daily practice
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (required)
- Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate high-quality care
