ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a leading international company is looking for a 1st Level IT Support to join their dynamic team.

Location: Athens Westerns Suburbs (Aspropyrgos)

Working Model: Hybrid Working Model 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Reporting to: Team Leader

What you will do:

As a Support Analyst will provide first-level support to customers manage requests through ticketing systems and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Troubleshooting and resolving first-level technical issues escalating to L2/L3 when necessary
Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours
Monitoring and updating the ticketing system with detailed information and request status
Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical problems

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux)
Basic understanding of networks
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work 24/7 on-call rotation
Proficiency in English for reading and written communication

Will be highly appreciated:

Previous experience supporting industrial or production systems
