Chief of Staff (DVM) Edison NJ

An established small animal practice in Edison New Jersey is seeking a Chief of Staffto lead a dedicated medical team and uphold the highest standards of patient care. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who thrives on collaboration mentorship and medical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical leadership and oversight to ensure the highest standards of care
Mentor and support associate veterinarians through case collaboration and professional development
Encourage innovation by integrating new techniques and technologies into medical practice

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Eligible for licensure in New Jersey
Proven leadership experience within a clinical setting preferred
