Under the direction of the Manager the Donation Processor will participate in the activities of the Logistics Center contributing to general workflow and the qualitative processing and categorization of clothing and other merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and conform to a highly regimented process involving various levels of clothing and housewares sorting using set criteria for selection of excellent merchandise.
Contribute to workflow by performing price tagging in accordance with the WINGS warehouse inventory system.
Contribute to the general condition and organization of the Logistics Center by maintaining an orderly neat and healthy work environment for oneself and the Center as a whole.
Work with WINGS volunteers to assist with donation processing when appropriate.
Flexible scheduling with ability and willingness to work weekends if needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of clothing and retail operations is preferred.
Strong belief in the WINGS mission with the ability to advocate for its needs.

Ability to handle physical requirements to accomplish daily responsibilities including but not limited to lifting up to 35 pounds using both hands/arms on a regular basis and standing for 8 hours.
Self-motivated; ability to multi-task work efficiently and independently.
Good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills; will teach candidate how to use the warehouse inventory system.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment and adapt to organizational changes.

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with ability to build rapport with staff and volunteers.
Successfully complete domestic violence training provided by WINGS.
