Michael Kors is entering an exciting new chapter at our newly reimagined Global Flagship on Regent Street. With elevated experiences and innovative concepts on the horizon were introducing a refined hospitality space that reflects the brands Jet Set lifestyle. Were looking for a charismatic passionate and polished Baristato join us in delivering something truly special.
Youre energetic stylish and thrive in fast-paced environments. Youre passionate about coffee customer service and creating memorable moments. Youre a natural team player who brings optimism speed and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
- Serve expertly crafted coffee and beverages with precision and flair.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects the luxury and warmth of the Michael Kors brand.
- Maintain a clean elegant and welcoming lounge environment.
- Support daily operations including till handling stock rotation and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with retail colleagues to ensure a seamless and elevated customer journey.
- Use product knowledge and storytelling to enhance the guest experience.
- Demonstrate agility and professionalism in a dynamic setting.
- Previous experience in hospitality café service or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for customer service and quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident polished presence.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays weekends and key trading periods.
- Food safety certification a bonus or willingness to obtain
- Technological proficiency and a proactive approach to multitasking.
- A team-first attitude with a desire to inspire and collaborate.
- A flair for presentation and attention to detail.
- Experience in high-end or fast-paced environments.
- A natural ability to connect with guests and represent the brand.
