Role Purpose

The 6 month FTC Project Co-ordinator is part of the Global Initiatives & Local Support team responsible for supporting the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives by coordinating delivery activities schedules and cross-functional collaboration. The role works closely with business stakeholders technology teams and global territories to ensure requirements are clearly defined progress is tracked and solutions are successfully deployed in line with agreed standards and timelines.

Key Accountabilities

Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities to ensure project plans milestones risks and dependencies are accurately maintained.

  • Support product backlog management ensuring work items are clearly defined prioritised and ready for delivery.

  • Facilitate planning backlog refinement and ticket triage sessions in collaboration with business and delivery teams.

  • Monitor delivery progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements Quality & Process

  • Ensure delivery artefacts meet agreed quality standards and are sufficiently detailed to support development testing & future reference.

  • Maintain alignment between business requirements delivery tickets and test cases.

  • Create and review test cases and scenarios in collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Define and confirm acceptance criteria prior to delivery.

  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements or documentation and coordinate resolution.

  • Review delivery processes and workflows implementing improvements to support operational effectiveness and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

  • Act as a central point of contact for project-related communication.

  • Understand stakeholder reporting requirements and provide clear accurate and timely updates.

  • Communicate progress risks dependencies and business impact across relevant workstreams.

  • Support effective collaboration between business technology and testing teams.

Testing & Release Support

  • Coordinate testing activities ahead of formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Work with testing teams to ensure issues are clearly documented and understood.

  • Organise and manage UAT activities site by site to support release deployment.

  • Provide accurate reporting on testing progress and release readiness.

Global Rollout Support

  • Support readiness activities for the rollout of new applications across global territories.

  • Ensure standard delivery processes are communicated and followed.

  • Support the management of exceptions between global standards and local requirements.

  • Monitor rollout progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience supporting or managing project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

  • Experience using project management and delivery tools including Jira.

  • Ability to plan and facilitate meetings and clearly document actions and outcomes.

  • Flexibility to communicate & collaborate across different time zones as required.

Desirable

  • Experience working on large-scale initiatives within a global organisation.

  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Understanding of music industry processes including artist royalties.
