About this position:

LMU is looking for a proactive and driven Dealer Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new dealership relationships to expand our footprint and maximizing business from our existing dealer partners ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets and provide superior service to our members.

What youll do:

  • Identify and engage with prospective auto dealerships to promote our indirect lending solutions. Conduct regular visits to build rapport and secure new business partnerships.

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders at assigned dealerships. Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related needs.

  • Monitor and evaluate dealer performance using relevant metrics. Develop and implement strategic action plans to enhance sales performance and overall program effectiveness.

  • Assist dealerships in achieving sales and lending goals by providing comprehensive training program resources and ongoing support. Ensure dealership staff understand and utilize program tools effectively.

  • Respond to dealer concerns and challenges in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure quick resolution.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and changes in the local market. Compile and present regular reports outlining dealer performance market insights and strategic recommendations.

What youll bring:

  • 3-5 years of similar or related experience including preparatory experience.

  • A college degree.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient use in Microsoft Excel preferred.
