Job Title: Customer Service Agent Iberia
Location: Madrid Spain
Schedule: Full-time Hybrid (3 days on-site 2 remote)

About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same Join our close-knit and high-performing Customer Service team in Madrid where collaboration agility and a touch of verbal wit are part of the daily rhythm.

As a Customer Service Agent youll play a key role in supporting our Iberia operations ensuring smooth order processing resolving customer inquiries and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Youll be joining a team that values personality adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders via ERP and CRM systems with accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products pricing availability and order status
  • Provide real-time updates and resolve delivery issues
  • Handle complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support product launches promotions and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver fast customer-facing solutions
  • Analyze feedback and contribute to service improvements
  • Participate in cross-training and capability building within the team

What Were Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High adaptability and learning agility
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in B2B Order-to-Cash or logistics
  • Background in environments like Teleperformance or Concentrix
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management
  • Based in Madrid
