ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth we now have permanent full-time opportunities for MC Drivers to join our Commodities team. Our Drivers are responsible for the timely delivery of commodities for internal and external clients as well as overseeing the loading and unloading process.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed as a Mort & Co Driver you will have a strong commitment to safe work safe driving practices and upholding exceptional animal safety and care. You will also bring:
- Current MC licence and at least 1 years experience in heavy vehicle transport.
- Experience with that safe loading and unloading of cattle/and or commodities from trucks either individually or with assistance.
- Alignment with the Mort & Co Values
- Availability to work any five in seven days while working within logbook guidelines

OTHER INFORMATION TO KNOW
Our Transport Depot is located in Pittsworth Queensland however we transport commodities right across Queensland and will consider Drivers located in other Areas.
Mort & Co have a strong commitment to health and safety and to be considered for this position you will have or have the ability and willingness to obtain:
- Basic Fatigue Management Training
- Fitness 2 Drive medical assessment and Basic Fatigue Management Accreditation (or Commercial Drivers medical)
- Current Traffic history
- Q Fever vaccination
- Criminal History check
