Whats The Opportunity
Were looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support to RJ Young employees. This role ensures that all company-provided computers mobile devices and technology systems are running smoothly keeping our teams connected and productive. Youll play a key role in maintaining the technology that supports our business operations every day.
What Will You Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops laptops tablets and smartphones
- Manage user accounts including adding removing and updating user access and passwords
- Provide first-level technical support through phone email and remote assistance
- Deliver on-site support for networking and application-related issues
- Maintain a professional efficient and customer-focused approach in every interaction
Work Environment & Schedule:
This is a full-time in-office position (MondayFriday 7am4pm) in a professional office setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
What You Bring To The Table
- Required: High school diploma
- Preferred: Associates degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Certifications: CompTIA A and/or CompTIA Net preferred
- Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills
- A service-oriented mindset and eagerness to support others
