We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager for our outlet in Udaipur India. As an integral part of our food and beverage team you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet ensuring high standards of food quality service and cleanliness
- Assist in managing and motivating the team to achieve performance goals and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service and increasing revenue
- Monitor inventory levels place orders and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills
- Participate in menu planning and pricing strategies
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff and customers
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet
- Prior experience as a supervisor in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages and food service operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems preferably Micros
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
