Job Summary
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Carry out cost control transactions.
2.2 Follow the instructions given by the Finance Controller.
2.3 Control the storage house requests as well as the kitchen and F&B requests and stocks. 2.4 Ensure that the facility regulations are followed for purchasing acceptance of goods and
storage.
2.5 Share information with management about planning and controls related to the F&B
department and kitchen section.
2.6 Control the end-of-month inventories and enter them into the system.
2.7 Inspect the main storage houses.
2.8 Prepare accounting information related to F&B and carry out their recognition.
2.9 Present financial and statistical data to seniors at certain intervals.
2.10 Control all requests and adjust the quantities requested to keep stocks at minimum
Qualifications :
Education: 4-year bachelors degree
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience after associate degree. Work
experience not required for undergraduate degrees.
Foreign Language: At least intermediate level English.
Computer Literacy: MS Office applications MC knowledge.
Special Qualifications: Have knowledge about the legislation / practices / systems in
the related field. Perform several actions that are correlated and concern more than
one group of actions specifically aimed at the targets Perform specific sequential
activities that are related to each other
