Role Summary
Al Piemonte Lincoln is seeking a motivated and dependable Automotive Lube Technician to join our service department. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about cars and eager to start or grow a career in automotive service. Youll perform basic maintenance and inspections to keep our customers vehicles running smoothly while receiving ongoing training and support to advance your skills.
Responsibilities
Perform oil changes tire rotations and basic maintenance services efficiently and accurately
Check and top off fluids replace filters and inspect belts hoses and batteries
Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to Service Advisors
Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace
Follow dealership and manufacturer maintenance standards and procedures
Assist technicians with vehicle movement and light shop support as needed
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members
Qualifications
Previous experience in basic vehicle maintenance preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Willingness to learn and participate in manufacturer training
Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
