Job Summary

Analyze the company standards and policies through the orientation process meet and greet.
Understand how different events work by shadowing corporate non-profit and social events.
Attend BEO meetings learn and apply their details and analyze the BEO wall that is used for guidance before after and during events.
Join in on-site visits and tastings to see how the process works when clients are looking to book a property.
Understand how change logs operate and evaluate the changes that need to be made to BEOs
Analyses how logbooks operate after an event is complete with a detailed evaluation of how the event was executed.
Demonstrate how the POS Opera System works for the banquet events department.
Properly set up a table for a fine dining event.
Understand the scheduling process and how it operates for the departments.
Analyze an events execution from start to finish.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Event Management is highly preferred.
Previous related experience is a plus
Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.

Salary Description

$16 per hour
