Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - midnight with overtime on a business need basis.
Compensation
$1500 Sign on Bonus*
10% shift differential for 2nd shift

What You Will Do
Deburr and finish aluminum parts and possibly machine operation.
Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools to include files hammers chisels and air tools required.
Accurately read and follow procedures routing and other work instructions.
Responsible for quality product standards with no defects.
Ensure creation of parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.
Comply with applicable elements of quality systems.
Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events as required.
Participate in audits.
Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
Maintain materials equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition.
Comply with all rules and regulations of RTX including but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety
Ethics International Trade Compliance and Human Resources.
Examine methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required.
Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
Lift and manipulate up to 25 pounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline
