CGI is seeking a collaborative and fast-paced Agile team as a Senior Scrum Master where youll be instrumental in driving successful Agile delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment transparency and efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle.

This position can be located in Bloomfield CT in a Hybrid Model.
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners Delivery Managers and Senior Leadership to ensure product vision priorities and objectives are well-defined and communicated across teams.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles practices and frameworks to enhance collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
Identify and proactively remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity burndown sprint progress) and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
Promote a culture of accountability self-organization and continuous improvement within the team.
Facilitate effective decision-making by providing visibility into progress risks and dependencies.
Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share knowledge standardize best practices and drive organizational agility.
Ensure adherence to Agile processes and help teams evolve their practices to fit changing project needs.
Support product release planning and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders through clear consistent and proactive communication.
Serve as a change agent helping the organization embrace Agile and Lean thinking across business and technical areas.
At least 6 years of overall IT experience as a Scrum Master and 2 years of experience working with leadership team.
Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams in Scrum or Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior management executives and technical teams.
Solid understanding of Agile principles Scrum methodology and Kanban practices.
Experience in facilitating effective Agile ceremonies and managing distributed or hybrid teams.
Skilled in conflict resolution team motivation and fostering open communication.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile-at-scale environment.
Exposure to Agile transformation or organizational change management initiatives.
Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for executive-level meetings.
Passionate about servant leadership team empowerment and Agile values.
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
