Job Summary

Apple is looking for an analytical and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance team to support our fast-growing corporate real estate portfolio. The Places team at Apple is responsible for managing Apples global real estate portfolio including Retail Stores (500 locations) Offices Data Centers and other properties all over the world. This role is responsible for ensuring that Apple has the physical space it needs to operate and grow while also creating a positive and sustainable work environment for its employees.


  • 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience
  • BS/BA or equivalent in Accounting Finance or a related field required (MBA and/or CPA is a plus).
  • Extensive experience with Excel


  • Experience with enterprise software systems (SAP) Tableau
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concisely to business partners and finance leadership
  • Strong prioritization skills ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex data driven analyses
