Job Summary:
The Operating Room Technician (OTA) supports surgical teams by preparing operating rooms assisting during surgeries maintaining sterile environments and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up surgical procedures.
- Assist in patient positioning cleaning and draping.
- Operate and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and sterilization standards.
- Perform instrument and sponge counts and maintain documentation.
- Support OR organization and logistics.

Requirements:
- Completed training as Operating Room Technician OR Nurse or Operation Theatre Technician.
- German language proficiency at B2 level.
- Several years of professional experience in operating rooms.
- Verified academic documents and granted work visa.
- Professional competence teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Structured quality-oriented and efficient working style.
- Flexibility motivation and willingness to learn.
