Purpose:
J&J Innovative Medicine R&D is seeking a dynamic and experienced Usability and Device Education Program Lead to oversee and direct programs that enhance the user experience and usability of our combination devices and products. This role will involve driving a user-centric approach throughout the organization from clinical development to post-launch education and lifecycle support.
