Key Reports: House Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep all kitchen work surfaces including counters sinks stoves andwallsclean sanitized and safe for use.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors at the start and end of shifts and as needed throughout the day.
- Quickly and efficiently wash crockery cookware utensils and cutlery to keep them in active rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and supply storage areas whenrequired.
- Follow cleaning schedules ensure refuse and recycling are handled properly and adopt a clean as you go approach.
- Take out rubbish andrecyclingpromptly and responsibly.
- Support the kitchen team with routine food prep tasks such as peeling chopping or other simple tasks when needed.
