Job Summary
Therapist Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Location: Outpatient clinic (with some community-based activities)
Schedule: Full-time 5 days/week Group sessions 23 hours
Overview:
Provide individual and group therapy for clients with behavioral health needs including substance use PTSD post-incarceration challenges and co-occurring disorders. Collaborate with the treatment team to create and implement recovery-focused treatment plans.
Requirements:
Masters degree in behavioral health field
LAC LMSW LAAC license (or pending within 6 months)
Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience
CPR/First Aid and crisis de-escalation certification
Strong communication organizational and computer skills
Valid AZ drivers license may be required
Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
Develop and update treatment/recovery plans
Monitor client progress and ensure safety
Maintain timely documentation and participate in clinical supervision
