Job Summary
Senior Accountant Duties
- Maintain all bank reconciliations domestic and international
- Reconciliation of corporate credit card statements
- Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents: Balance Sheets P&L budgets etc
- Assists management with Insurance audits analysis and compliance
- Analyze financial reports
- Assist with audits and taxes
- Analyze Inventory Reporting
- Execute monthly State and Federal tax/alcohol requirements for PWI
- Assist Controller in preparing reporting for executives and company Family
- Assist in treasury management bank account opening & closing across the entire company portfolio
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
- Perform other duties as assigned
