Were on the hunt for an outgoing organized and goal-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our fun family-oriented team. This is more than a job its your chance to be the cheerleader of our practice and play a key role in transforming smiles every single day.
Compensation:
- $25 - $28 an hour depending on experience
- Potential Monthly Bonus
What Youll Do:
- Be the first impression and friendly face that welcomes our new patients.
- Work side by side with our doctors to guide patients through their orthodontic journey.
- Present treatment plans with confidence your job is to help patients say YES!
- Overcome objections with positivity empathy and a little charm.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
- Follow up with pending and observation patients no smile left behind!
- Keep everything organized and running smoothly with top-notch communication and follow-through.
What Were Looking For:
- A people magnet with a contagious smile and great energy.
- Excellent communication skills (both in person and on the phone).
- Software experience in Ortho Edge 2 is highly preferred
- Organized detail-oriented and dependable.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be willing to travel to another local office one day per week
- Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus (but not required we can train the right superstar!).
