- Design and implement robust high-performance backend services .
- Build and maintainRESTful APIsto support web and mobile applications.
- Develop and manageasynchronous job systemsto handle large-scale background processing.
- Take ownership of problems end-to-end investigating coordinating and iterating with team members on practical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability reliability and maintainability through effective architecture and sound engineering judgment.
- Continuously improve application performance and optimize database queries.
- Prioritizerapid iteration and efficient deliveryover excessive process or perfectionism.
- 510 yearsof experience in SQL development withPostgreSQL.
- 510 yearsof experience development.
- Strong understanding ofasync job system patternsand message queues.
- Proven experience inbuilding RESTful APIsand backend microservices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective scalable solutions.
- Valuesspeed iteration and adaptabilityover heavy testing frameworks or rigid process adherence.
- Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously while communicating effectively with a small focused team.
- Experience withcloud infrastructure(AWS GCP or Azure).
- Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelinesand modern deployment workflows.
