Were currently hiring a full-time LISW LMHC and/or LMFT to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Iowa-based partners.

What Youll Do
As part of a collaborative well-supported care team youll:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.

• Provide therapy to adult patients (ages 13 preferred) with moderate acuity.

• Collaborate with a wide network of support including psychiatry crisis services peer support case managers and more.

More About the Role

• Setting: 100% Remote Outpatient - Iowa

• Schedule: MondayFriday 40 hrs/wk 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST open to 8 or 10 hr shifts

• Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations 45 minutes for follow-up appointments

• Support: Support team includes case managers front desk team care coordinators medical records team billing team and supervisors. The current team consists of approximately 10 therapists.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Active Iowa LISW LMHC and/or LMFT license strongly preferred

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Credible is a plus!)

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
