Responsibilities
Provide back office support to a rapidly growing sales force. Become an expert in the company sales policy and develop processes to support effective implementation of programs around the policy. Assist train and support the sales force in the adoption of the sales policies and programs including the ROE and registrations processes. Hands on position that requires daily interaction with sales force. Provide reports and analysis to sales management as required.

- Provide Sales Policy guidance to sales team that includes but not limited to rules of engagement registrations and sales programs.
- Manage Deal Registration process including sales team contributions
- Provide reports and analysis to sales management
- Ad hoc projects
- Hands on position requires self-starter with positive can-do attitude
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of related experience or in sales or finance
- Advanced MS Excel skills 3experience with CRM/SFA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to work on hybrid set up and for Manila dayshift
