Your missions
The PMO Junior supports the Project Management Office in planning tracking and reporting project activities. The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills with a focus on leveraging Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear and impactful reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project trackers dashboards and KPIs using advanced Excel functionalities (pivot tables formulas charts conditional formatting etc.).
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to support project reviews steering committees and management reporting.
- Support project managers in monitoring schedules risks and resource allocation.
- Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders into clear structured reports.
- Participate in project meetings take minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
- Assist in improving reporting templates and visualization tools for more efficient communication.
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management Engineering or related field.
- First professional experience (internship or entry-level) in project coordination reporting or support.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables advanced formulas (LOOKUP IF INDEX/MATCH) data validation conditional formatting and chart building.
- Strong PowerPoint skills: ability to create clear visually appealing and management-ready presentations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive analytical and eager to learn project management practices.
- Fluency in English - German/French is a plus.
