Job Summary

Job Title: Mainframe Developer
Location: Omaha NE (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Design code test and debug mainframe programs using COBOL JCL DB2 and CICS.
Perform system analysis troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Support production jobs identify defects and ensure system stability.
Prepare technical documentation and follow SDLC best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with COBOL JCL VSAM DB2 CICS and IMS.
Hands-on experience with batch and online programming.
Knowledge of Changeman/Endevor File-Aid and Xpeditor.
Understanding of mainframe scheduling tools (e.g. Control-M CA7).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
