Job Details

Building Maintenance Worker/Painter responsible for preparing surfaces mixing and applying paints and coatings and completing jobs on time.

Duties include selecting tools and materials protecting surrounding objects repairing surfaces applying protective or decorative finishes using brushes or spray guns and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requires good attention to detail. May have additional responsibilities of general maintenance duties.
