Job Summary:
The Project Director is responsible for the overall planning coordination and supervision of rural electrification projects. He/she ensures the timely and efficient delivery of the works compliance with safety and environmental standards and the achievement of project objectives within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning execution and delivery of rural electrification projects.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure coordination between civil electrical and environmental departments.
Oversee project budget schedule and quality control.
Maintain direct communication with clients partners and local authorities.
Ensure compliance with technical standards HSE and environmental regulations.
Prepare and validate technical and financial reports.

Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in project management in the electrification or power distribution sector.
Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
