• Lead and manage bathroom renovation projects ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Perform tasks such as demolition plumbing prep waterproofing fixture installation and trim carpentry.
• Install shower surrounds tub surrounds and waterproofing systems.
• Preferred knowledge of tile installation.
• Read and follow project blueprints design specifications and client preferences.
• Oversee and collaborate with other technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
• Ensure safety procedures and building codes are adhered to at all times.

• 5 years of experience in bathroom remodeling including shower/tub surround systems plumbing fixture installation and trim work.
• Well-rounded remodeling experience with proficiency in multiple trades (tile installation is a plus but not required).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying physical conditions.
