At Logan Health Primary Care 160 Heritage Way we believe great care starts with great people. Our dedicated team provides compassionate patient-centered care to families across the Flathead Valley. As a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA) youll play an essential role in helping patients feel supported informed and cared for at every step of their health journey.

This full-time position offers a consistent four-day work week with ten-hour shifts providing work-life balance and time to enjoy all that northwest Montana has to offer. Youll work alongside skilled providers and a supportive collaborative team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What Youll Do

  • Prepare patients for exams and treatments obtain vital signs and document medical histories accurately.

  • Assist physicians and advanced practice clinicians with minor procedures examinations and diagnostic tests.

  • Perform clinical tasks such as dressing changes suture/staple removal and specimen collection.

  • Maintain clean organized exam rooms and ensure equipment is sanitized and ready for use.

  • Support patient flow by assisting with scheduling authorizations and collecting co-payments as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with patients families and care teams to ensure a seamless positive experience.

  • Participate in team meetings process improvement initiatives and ongoing training to enhance quality of care.

What Youll Bring

  • Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.

  • One year of experience in a medical practice setting preferred.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology basic lab values anatomy and pharmacology preferred.

  • Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

  • Must complete all onboarding education and competencies prior to performing assigned tasks.

Shift:

Variable - 10 Hours (United States of America)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
