Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming patch and repair tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes embroidery)
Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.
Educate and trains store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.
Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management
Comply with all Levis policy and programs.
Job Requirements:
Experience with denim industry current/upcoming trends and industrial sewing machines.
Understanding of textiles and fabrics with skills in sewing tailoring and textile repair.
Awareness of design trends
Enjoy engaging with clients and store team
