PROJECT

Work on innovative automotive systems that anticipate and prevent car accidents. As a Systems Engineer you will co-create cutting-edge technologies for safety and automation in the automotive industry. The role offers the opportunity to define system-level solutions collaborate across domains and contribute to the development of next-generation ADAS and vehicle systems.

YOU WILL

• Define and coordinate technical requirements in collaboration with the client.
• Work closely with software hardware test and validation engineers to ensure seamless functionality implementation.
• Manage the process of creating and integrating new system functionalities.
• Conduct requirements reviews monitor implementation and analyze test procedures.
• Collaborate with Project and Technical Managers to maintain process flow and project alignment.
• Coordinate between technical centers and production teams during product development.
• Verify the proper implementation of functionalities.
• Participate in internal and external meetings supporting system design and lifecycle management.

MUST HAVE

• 5 years of experience in system or embedded engineering within the automotive domain.
• Strong understanding of Automotive SPICE and system lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of signal processing communication protocols (Ethernet CAN) and UDS standards.
• Solid grounding in engineering fundamentals mathematics probability calculus and system modeling.
• Experience in risk configuration and quality management within system development.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical data and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical mindset big-picture thinking and attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE

• Masters degree in Mechatronics Electronics Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with video processing and sensor systems.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and basic coding experience.
• Strong communication negotiation and teamwork skills.
• Agile (Scrum SAFe) experience and understanding of stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and support decision-making in a complex technical environment.
