Location: Guadalajara
Schedules: Dayshift (Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00)
English Level: C1 Advanced

Salary: $20000 MXN / month (gross)

Join our Recruitment Team and play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities. Youll spearhead the full recruitment process ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.

What Youll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.

• Generate recruitment reports and analytics.

• Conduct interviews for a variety of roles (both representative and corporate).

• Oversee the full candidate life cycle from sourcing to offer stage.

• Coordinate client interviews and gather feedback as needed.

• Collect required candidate documentation.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced English level (C1).

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
