* Coordination of shipments with our international suppliers and forwarders

* Customs clearance of our shipments (consumables and spare parts)

* Maritime air and land quotes with our forwarders
* Internal tracker management for operational monitoring
* Record keeping for our foreign trade operations
Knowledge of NOMs and their types
Knowledge of Incoterms
Knowledge of customs regulations and laws
Skills:
Disciplined and organized
Sense of urgency
Excellent attitude and communication skills
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in international business/international trade or related field.
Language: Advanced English/80%
Advanced Excel ERP management
SAP or similar (not required)

Spanish.

• Coordinación de embarques con nuestros proveedores internacionales y forwarders
• Liberación aduanal de nuestros embarques (Consumibles y Refacciones)
• Cotizaciones marítimas aéreas y terrestres con nuestros Forwarders
• Manejo de tracker interno para seguimiento operativo
• Mantenimiento de Record Keeping de nuestras operaciones de Comercio Exterior
• Conocimiento de NOMS y sus tipos
• Conocimiento sobre los Incoterms
• Conocimientos Reglamento y Ley Aduanera

Habilidades:

• Disciplinado y organizado
• Con Sentido de Urgencia
• Excelente actitud y comunicación

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Licenciatura en negocios internacionales / comercio internacional o afín.
• Idioma: Inglés Avanzado / 80%
• Excel avanzadomanejo de ERP
• SAP o afín (no necesario)
• Zona de trabajo: Santa Fe - CDMX / híbrido
