- Manage and evolve our tag management strategy ensuring stability and clarity across teams
- Establish data governance practices that keep our advertising efforts secure compliant and high-quality
- Conduct market and customer research to inform product decisions and uncover new opportunities
- Collaborate with eCommerce UX and marketing teams to ensure ads complement the customer journey
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver top-tier ad experiences
Basic qualifications- 5 years in product management advertising or retail media focusing on experimentation and test frameworks for onsite ads
- 3 years with ad exchanges marketplaces and campaign lifecycle management
- 3 years tag management strategy and data governance practices
- 2 years with ad server tech and media supply platforms
- Bachelors Degree required
Preferred qualifications- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate tech into business impact
- A strategic mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and driving results
- Experience in retail media and people leadership
